Our Biothane Products are hand washable, using a mild detergent will make the cleaning process more effective.

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty or defective item, we’re here to help.

Returns for Faulty Items Only
• Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for return.
• You must notify us of the issue within 10 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at padmesapparel@gmail.com with the following:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the defect (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds or Replacements
• After we receive and inspect the item, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping
• If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Processing & Packing Timeframe

All of our products are handmade with care, which means they take a little extra time to create. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch.

We always aim to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible, often well before the 3-week mark, but we appreciate your patience and understanding as we craft each item with attention and love.

Custom Orders & Requests

Sizing Help

We offer sizes ranging from 10" to 26" as standard, and you’ll find a detailed size guide on each of our product pages to help you choose the right fit.

If you’re unsure what size to order or need a custom fit, we’re more than happy to help! Just get in touch with us and include your dog’s breed, collar size, and the width of the collar —we’ll guide you from there or create a custom size to suit your pup perfectly.

Biothane Hardware Replacement Policy

We stand by the longevity of our Biothane products and offer free hardware replacement (including screws, buckles, and clips) should they fail.

To take advantage of this policy, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us, and we will cover the return postage once repairs or replacements are complete.

Product Care

Our Biothane pet accessories are designed for durability, comfort, and long-lasting performance. To keep them in top condition, please follow these care guidelines:
Cleaning:
-Wipe down with a damp cloth to remove dirt, mud, or pet hair.
-For heavier dirt, use mild soap and water.

-Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
-Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners.

Storage:
-Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
-Avoid folding or creasing excessively, as this can weaken the material over time.

General Use:
-Inspect regularly for signs of wear or damage.
-Do not use Biothane products for purposes other than pet accessories.
-Keep away from sharp objects that could puncture or cut the material.

Warranty & Guarantee
We stand by the longevity of our Biothane products and offer free hardware replacement (including screws, buckles, and clips) should they fail.

Coverage Includes:
-Defects in stitching, buckles, or hardware.
-Material faults not caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
What Is Not Covered:
-Damage caused by chewing, excessive force, or improper use.
-Wear and tear from everyday use (e.g., minor scratches, fading).
-Accidents, loss, or misuse.
