We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty or defective item, we’re here to help.

Returns for Faulty Items Only
• Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for return.
• You must notify us of the issue within 10 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at padmesapparel@gmail.com with the following:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the defect (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds or Replacements
• After we receive and inspect the item, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping
• If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost.

All of our products are handmade with care, which means they take a little extra time to create. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch.

We always aim to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible, often well before the 3-week mark, but we appreciate your patience and understanding as we craft each item with attention and love.

We’re always happy to create custom designs and accommodate special requests. If you’re looking for a specific colour or want to match something exactly—like a collar, outfit, or theme—just get in touch with us.

We do our best to match colours as closely as possible, but please keep in mind that slight variations can occur due to fabric availability and lighting. If you don’t see the colour or style you’re after on our website, feel free to reach out—we’ll do everything we can to bring your vision to life.

We offer sizes ranging from XS to XL as standard, and you’ll find a detailed size guide on each of our product pages to help you choose the right fit.

If you’re unsure what size to order or need a custom fit, we’re more than happy to help! Just get in touch with us and include your dog’s breed, collar size, and the width of the collar you’d like the accessory to fit over—we’ll guide you from there or create a custom size to suit your pup perfectly.

All of our bows and bandanas are machine washable for easy care.

For items with custom images or text, we recommend using a cooler wash to help preserve the design.

To keep your accessories looking their best, always wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent to prevent colour fading. Air drying is recommended, and if ironing is needed, do so with care—avoiding direct heat on any printed areas.

Our Biothane Products are hand washable, using a mild detergent will make the cleaning process more effective.
